Kolia Videnin, a video store clerk, ends up in a prison camp after accidentally showing adult films to kids. Knowing Hollywood hits by heart, he pitches a wild idea to the warden – remake famous movies using the inmates as cast and crew. Soon nicknamed “VHS,” Kolia builds a makeshift set behind bars. But their prison ‘Hollywood’ faces sabotage from a power-hungry major who wants the warden’s job. Can Kolia pull off cinematic magic where cameras are prison CCTV and actors go by nicknames, not credits?
